入場チケットおよびカタログについて
- 一般参加の方は、入場時に入場チケット（1,000円）が必要です。チケットは当日会場にて販売いたします。
- イベントカタログは冊子版（500円）およびWeb版をご用意しています。冊子版は数に限りがあります。
- 入場チケットをお持ちでない方は入場できません。
- 入場チケットを購入された方は、必ずスタッフの指示に従って整列してください。
- チケットを紛失・忘れた場合は、新たにご購入いただきます。
- 当日は年齢確認を行う場合があります。年齢が確認できる身分証明書（できれば写真付き）をご持参ください。
- イベント終了後のアフターイベント（抽選会・ジャンケン大会）への参加には入場チケットが必要です。景品引換時に確認いたします。
Admission Tickets and Event Catalog
- General attendees must have an admission ticket (1,000 yen) to enter. Tickets will be sold at the venue on the day of the event.
- The event catalog will be available both as a printed booklet (500 yen) and online. Printed copies are limited.
- Admission without a ticket is not permitted.
- After purchasing a ticket, please follow staff instructions when lining up.
- Lost or forgotten tickets must be repurchased.
- Age verification may be conducted at the entrance. Please bring an official ID (preferably with a photo).
- Participation in the after-event (lottery & janken game) also requires an admission ticket. Tickets will be checked when claiming prizes.
徹夜・早朝来場の禁止
一般参加者の来場は10時以降とします。会場周辺での徹夜、夜間徘徊、夜間・早朝来場は禁止です。違反が発覚した場合、チケットの有無に関わらず入場をお断りします。
No Overnight or Early Arrival
General attendees may arrive after 10:00 AM only. Overnight stays, night wandering, and early-morning arrivals are prohibited. Violators will be denied entry regardless of ticket status.
コスプレについて
- 更衣室の利用は、サークル参加者は11:00から、一般参加者は12:30からです。
- コスプレ登録料は1,000円で、本部にて受け付けます。
- 更衣室の利用時間は12:30～16:30（サークルは11:00～）です。
- 更衣室利用時はスタッフの指示に従ってください。
- 更衣室内での飲食は禁止です。
- 盗難・紛失について当団体は責任を負いかねます。
- 公序良俗に反しない服装でのコスプレをお願いします。
Cosplay Rules
- Changing rooms are available from 11:00 AM for circle participants and from 12:30 PM for general attendees.
- The cosplay registration fee is 1,000 yen, payable at the headquarters.
- Changing rooms are open from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Please follow staff instructions when using the changing rooms.
- No eating or drinking inside the changing rooms.
- The organizers are not responsible for theft or loss.
- Costumes must be appropriate and not violate public decency.
写真撮影について
- 会場内でのコスプレイヤーの撮影は可能です（必ず被写体本人の同意を得てください）。
- 会場風景や他サークルが写り込む撮影、展示物の無断撮影は禁止です。
- 動画撮影（ビデオカメラ・デジカメ・スマホ含む）は禁止です。
Photography
- Photography of cosplayers is allowed with the consent of the subject.
- Photography of the venue, other circles, or exhibits without permission is prohibited.
- Video recording (including camcorders, digital cameras, and smartphones) is not permitted.
チラシ配布および直接搬入について
サークルスペースへのチラシ配布・直接搬入を行う方は、本部で受付を行い、作業証をお受け取りください。受付は11:00～11:30、配布・搬入時間は11:00～12:00です。一般入場後のチラシ配布はチラシ置き場をご利用ください。作業終了後は作業証を本部へご返却ください。
Flyer Distribution and Direct Delivery
Those distributing flyers to circle spaces or delivering items directly must register at the headquarters and receive a work permit. Registration is 11:00–11:30, and activity hours are 11:00–12:00. After general admission begins, flyers may only be placed at the designated flyer table. Please return your work permit to the headquarters when finished.
ゴミについて
- ゴミは各自でお持ち帰りください。
- 会場内外や周辺施設のゴミ箱には捨てないでください。
- 搬入時に出た段ボール・空箱・チラシ類のみ回収します。
Garbage Policy
- Please take your garbage home.
- Do not use trash bins inside or around the venue.
- Only cardboard boxes, empty cartons, and flyers generated during setup will be collected.
喫煙・飲食について
- 会場施設内は全面禁煙です（喫煙所はありません）。
- サークル参加者は会場内での飲食が可能ですが、汚さないようにしてください。
- 一般参加者の会場内での飲食は禁止です（飲料のみ可）。
- 飲酒は禁止です。
Smoking and Eating/Drinking
- The venue is strictly non-smoking. No smoking areas are provided.
- Circle participants may eat inside the venue, but please keep the area clean.
- General attendees are not allowed to eat inside the venue (drinks are permitted).
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited.
落とし物について
- 落とし物を拾った場合は本部へお届けください。
- 放置された荷物は不審物として回収する場合があります。荷物は必ず身近に置いてください。

Lost and Found
- Please bring any found items to the headquarters.
- Abandoned luggage may be treated as suspicious and removed. Keep your belongings with you at all times.

注意事項
- イベントは「家に帰るまで」です。会場外や公共スペースでの座り込み、グッズの開封・仕分け、読書、ゴミの投げ捨てなど周囲に迷惑となる行為はしないでください。
- 会場内での走行・座り込み・勧誘・ナンパなどの迷惑行為、サークルスペースへの無断立ち入り、過度な要求はご遠慮ください。著しい違反は強制退場とします。
- 火薬、燃料、強い臭気物、鉛蓄電池、スプレー塗料、エアガン、乗り物等、危険物や施設を損傷・汚損する恐れのある物の持ち込みは禁止です。
- 手荷物の管理は各自で行ってください。盗難・紛失について当団体は責任を負いません。
- 会場への直接のお問い合わせはご遠慮ください。
General Rules & Conduct
- The event is not over until you return home safely. Please do not sit in public spaces, unpack or sort goods, read in public areas, or litter.
- Inside the venue, do not run, sit on the floor, solicit, or harass others. Unauthorized entry into circle spaces or excessive demands toward creators may result in removal.
- Dangerous items—such as fireworks, fuels, strong-smelling substances, lead-acid batteries, spray paints, air guns, or vehicles—are prohibited.
- You are responsible for your belongings. The organizers are not liable for theft or loss.
- Please do not contact the venue directly regarding this event.
